This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and returns related to Zogmarexoieph photography services.
Service Cancellation
Photography services can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: Clients may cancel their booking by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session date to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
- No-Show: Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Photographer-Initiated Cancellation
In the event that we need to cancel a photography session due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, illness, or equipment failure), we will:
- Provide as much advance notice as possible
- Offer a full refund or reschedule the session at no additional cost
- Work with you to find an alternative date that works for both parties
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their photography session:
- Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance are free of charge
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee
- Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability
- We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred alternative date
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service cancellation by the client (with at least 48 hours notice)
- Service cancellation by the photographer
- Failure to deliver agreed-upon services due to photographer error
- Technical issues that prevent delivery of photographs
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed photography sessions that have been delivered
- Rush editing fees (if service has been completed)
- Additional services that have been completed and delivered
- Deposits for sessions that are cancelled by the client less than 48 hours before the session
Photograph Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photographs:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your photographs
- We will review your concerns and may offer additional editing or a partial refund
- We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us via email or phone with your booking details
- Provide a reason for the refund request
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days
Digital Products
Since our photography services result in digital products (photographs), traditional "returns" do not apply. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will address any concerns you may have about your photographs.
Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may have rights under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
